I never heard it be called an Estuary Accent before! But from what I can gather, it refers to South East England type of accent. (Which is where I'm from, so maybe this is why I havent heard it referred to that?) The best way I can explain it is RP & cockney mixed together. If that makes sense?!...

I wanted to join CCP or KCCP. I'm 19, but have a playing age of around 12/13... so its pretty tricky for me
I've heard some good things about it, mainly just about how it gives you a professional looking online CV and profile page. But the casting calls arent very many at all.
