Re: Osgood Schlatters
My DD was diagnosed with Osgood Schlatters just before xmas; her physio gave her several exercises to do to strengthen the quads & stretch hamstrings & calves - she also showed me how to strap her knee with. kinesiology tape. This definitely helps - when she dances with it strapped she is pa...

Re: Touring Advice

Re: Sylvia Young Theatre School
Hi Cupcake - he commutes as we're only an hour from London. When he started, he was Grade 3/4 Ballet & Tap and has really come on - they are in ability groups for Dance. Some kids have loads of dance experience when they start whereas others haven't really had any formal dance training.

Re: Fit to work certificates-advice please....
Ziggy - that's with NHS GP; when we've needed one at short notice (GP needs about 2 weeks notice!) we've gone private, which is £75

Re: Fit to work certificates-advice please....
When DS has his done at school, it costs £15; however, when our GP does it , it costs between £40-£75 , depending on which doctor we see. Usually it takes 5 mins max, but because it is classed as a private medical appointment, they don't seem to know how much to charge me! one of the receptionists o...
