I'm currently looking for an agent I'm 16 so some of the kids agencies don't want me, I'm based in the south west of the Uk and I have had experience in theatre and television. What would you guys recommend as a good agency?

Can anyone recommend a good Cuban heel tap shoe? there is so much choice it's just overwhelming! And I don't want to pay a lot of money for a pair which aren't the quality I need them to be, thank you!
