Has anyone heard from Laines re: DaDAs now their auditions have finished?

So she was very lucky to get 6 offers, but her top 3 are Laines, LSC (she got a scholarship) and Wilkes, she needs to hear from Laines before she decides on LSC. Everything just seems to take so long!

Thankyou, yes got the same. Wish we had some timelines, as she has deadlines for her other 2 favourite colleges !

For those DS & DD who have Laines places, has anyone been contacted about funding? Or anyone know when we are likely to hear? X

Does anyone know anything about an Urdang waiting list this year? They’ve never had one before

How long does the morning session last? My DD still has hers to go and I’m meeting her after, she’s convinced she’ll be cut then! She’s basing this on her friend’s experiences there, who know what they want!

So DD’s letter was offer with DaDA paperwork, plus letter saying being considered for funding, no mention of additional audition or when we hear more!

Has anyone had any DADA or funding responses from Laines?
Anyone know when these go out? We were led to believe May, but hearing rumours people have just got them?

DD had a Wilkes offer and she was told 100-120.

My DD hasn’t even done her first round Arts Ed yet She doesn’t think she’ll make the first cut, she’s heard it’s all about the legit song!!

That’s amazing, congratulations to your DD What sort of performer is she, is she more of actor, singer or dancer?
I believe they have a very small intake so that’s an incredible achievement.

Does the Arts audition process still work as a cut as they go system on the day? I’m dreading it, and won’t go too far as feel she could be in and out very quickly. I like the idea of not waiting weeks for a response, but it’s hard as such a small intake and no idea what they like?! Anyone already d...

Agree would be nice to get a reply. DD is not expecting anything, but like you she sent 2nd week of Jan, and was asked to resend 2 weeks ago, a ‘no’ is one thing but to not view is another especially when we’ve all paid audition fees!!

My DDs GSA videos have not been viewed, despite being asked to resend due to copyright. Anyone else in the same boat? It’s so annoying!
