Re: Braces
We faced this issue a few years ago, and took the view that long-term healthy and straight teeth were more important than any job. Re: messaging others on the forum
I don't know why notifications aren't going out. I am working behind the scenes on launching a more up-to-date site so its possible something has been deactivated. I will look in to it.

I gained experience from AD’s and Production - Co ordinators, and I wrote a training programme. I am ve...

Re: any news?
To be fair the young man referred to is a very experienced actor and incidentally son of the original owner of this site. Re: Fees to join agency
I don't endorse them but the most well known agency in Wales is Mark Jermin, http://www.markjermin.co.uk/agency.htm Can I reiterate what others have said. Please don't pay £500 to join an agency. The spotlight fees are £95.00 plus the cost of photo. Most musical theatre castings are advertised openl...

Re: TV/Movies - protecting kids in violent scenes

Hello Littlepickle. Congratulations. The first job is always exciting. All jobs run on a different schedule. It can take months for a commercial to appear or it could take just a few weeks. There is no normal! You should get the fee in a single lump sum as you are not on residuals. Payment can also ...

Re: Pencilling
The first thing to remember in this industry is children in commercials are commodities. Its not that anyone is setting out to be either hurtful or unkind its just the truth of the business. Also every job is different however commercials are most like a cattle call. Recalls with more children than ...
