dance 1998 - think you would need to contact the colleges directly to find out the exact number, a friend of my dd got a Dada from Laine only last week - I think she was 7th or 9th on the list, so its still not over for anyone still waiting :lol: Colleges no longer have a set number of Dada's to all...

Katy - I felt the same when we got Laine list ...........£££ really hoping most of it will last 3 years!!

Megmar - we've already had and paid for Laine uniform list it had to be back by tomorrow - £££ :shock: - I'm hoping most things are now covered for the next 3 years!! There was a lot on it that wasn't clothing/shoes - it included deposits for exams/theatre trips/headshots/3 x christmas parties etc!!...

Dancecat21 what is your option 2? Was it Millenium you were waiting to hear from? Sorry I may have got confused I am being lazy and cba to back through the whole thread Is anyone else still waiting for news - its been a long journey hasn't it!!

Thanks Pearl - yes she is very lucky to be going to her first choice of college, we saw the show too and loved it, she was actually a bit tearful I think it suddenly hit her that in a few months time she will be going there and have to come up to that standard!! i think your journey begins next scho...

jasmine2 - we are like you dd will have a 35 minute train journey to Laine I am really happy as she is only 16 and we were not eligible for Dada so at least its one area we can make a saving in - although I'm sure over the next few years she will want to be living away like the others

Brilliant news allwood and bambi - all the hard work and long wait paid off, I'm sure they will have the most amazing 3 years and hopefully good news for others now more places released

Hi soda - great idea to make an early start. My dd is only 16 and going to Laine in Sept - they don't offer degree. Urdang have a good website which is regularly updated but open days get booked up very quickly. There doesn't seem to be any standard format for these colleges as to whether you apply ...

So pleased decision made and accommodation found Katy next year you will know exactly what to expect
