I just went on the website & had a play about.
You have to hover over the photo to edit the certain bits you want & where you can change the photo it had a little camera symbol which if you clicked the options came up.

Amanda I can't really give you must advice but just thought i'd say via UCAS you can apply for up to 5 universities - some drama schools (such as Central I believe) also do it this way so you'd have to pick carefully.
