DDs fine, she's in a Stageoach summer school production today, the dancng gave her a little trouble at first but she has found a way to hold her arm to minimise the pain. She's shooting a feature film on Monday so we'll lhave to see what they do about the pot there. Anyone heard form 'The Manual' yet?

Don't think anyone will hear until after they have cast the adult parts, and recalls for those are mid August. Once they have cast the adults they will know what the younger versions need to look like.

I had an e-mail saying they would be re-calls after mid august when they have finalised the adult parts and they would let us know either way then.

I do hate this waiting ... still this is a tricky one with having to cast main characters at three ages!

guess it refers to consumption, which was an illness years ago.

good luck

How could you be a tuberculosis-like person?

weak and sickly, maybe? I guess if you had tuberculosis you wouldn't look too well, and you wouldn't be leaping about full of the joys of spring. perhaps avoid wearing make up for the audition? I wouldn't get too concerned about it, it just gives you an indication that she looks and acts a bit sickly. You could google the symptoms of tb and see if that helps.
