Frankie Casting Call
Hi, I wandered if anyones DD sent off their details for this casting on screen terrier? Thanks x
Re: Frankie Casting Call
With KM casting's recent open casting, I would imagine that they have seen the vast majority of available talent! I'm sure that anyone who was seen in Manchester or London auditions need not apply. Are they just using this to promote it in advance and then casting known actors? Or am I just cynical?.....
Re: Frankie Casting Call
No I very much agree with you!!
Re: Frankie Casting Call
I disagree - they get hundreds of submissions and won't remember everybody that has been seen - unless they really made an unforgettable impression. My DD does one to one sessions with K Mailey and I still submit her for these open castings because CD's forget how old you are, your height, etc. My only negative is that the parts will more than likely go to over 16 year old's that really can pass for 14 years of age, that is what happened with the previous castings that KM Casting did.
Re: Frankie Casting Call
I agree with you on that part but I do often find that you see many open calls and then when the casting is announced you see that its a well know actor!

I'd love dd to go for this but think it will go to someone out of licence. Probably a short 20 something who can play a quirky 14 year old.

I'm also tending to agree with Griffer. Also - a silly question perhaps - are they looking for a French boy for Ollie?Griffer wrote:With KM casting's recent open casting, I would imagine that they have seen the vast majority of available talent!
