Re: Helping eachother?
Have put Lauren on my favourites
Re: Helping eachother?
My little one is just starting out so I'd appreciate any advice and help you can give. You can see her at www.starnow.co.uk/florencebannigan
I'm looking forward to 'viewing' all your DS and DD's sites to learn from what you have done and - of course, to 'like' or boost them in whatever way I can.
Here's a clip of Flo singing (it's her favourite thing to do) - she's not particularly warmed up or rehearsed for this, and you'll see that getting her to stand still long enough to get a video doesn't extend to getting her hair brushed too!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Jsfc8cK4MU
..but she is only 9 years old, so there's time to perfect the hair brushing.
She is singing 'Everybody Hurts' because she's been given a solo spot with this song at a Theatre Train performance at the Royal Albert Hall tomorrow evening. It's not ideal for her, because it doesn't rise into the higher register, but she gives it her best shot! Hope you enjoy it.
I'm looking forward to being blown away by all your very talented kids.

Wow, I am not an expert but I really think Flo has got an incredible voice. Really impressed. I wouldn't worry about the hair, children are children, but I would try shooting outside in a quite setting with natural light and some greenery around. She is such a strong singer that I think would do very well even without music.

Flo has a beautiful voice, and I love her hair
Re: Helping eachother?
I just spent the last couple of hours browing your dds' an dss' starnow pages - wow, arent they amazing!!!
I have 'favourited' everyone, so I hope you can find time to do the same for Flo at http://www.starnow.co.uk/florencebannigan please.
Thanks for your lovely comments about her singing. She did her solo at the Royal Albert Hall last night - cool as a cucumber, bless her ! What the video doesn't get across is how little she is and how surprisingly big her voice is.
Looking at all your starnow pages has given me lots of tips and inspiration about how to do better. Thanks for that...I can see I have got a lot of work to do. Still, I'm sitting here nursing a broken nose and split lip from tripping over my own feet outside Asda last Thursday (this is the first bit of time I have had to sit still since it happened ) so what else have I got to do?
Thanks again
Deb

Your DS has the most amazing eyes! And what a smashing, warm expression - I guess the camera really loves him, which is a fabulous gift, isn't it?
Thanks again
