Snap, Humph! DS went there for the first time today as well and had a great time. Lovely buzzy atmosphere and everyone we met was very friendly.

Can definitely recommend it.

Not just ballet but RAD does regular boys dance days - the next one is 12/13 Dec in London and registration closes on 23/11

There are also lots of boys only days and opportunities at Tring Park, Hertfordshire.
Some for advanced dancers but also for enthusiastic beginners, always very reasonable indeed.
DS has attended many times over the years and always gains a great deal
He is currently dipping in and out of a boys only Sunday session including ballet, conditioning , jazz and drama..

Although they aren't ballet, it's always worth keeping an eye on the Matthew Bourne New Adventures website for workshops and opportunities. This is what happened to one boy who did The Lord of the Flies show (where they took loads of trained and untrained boys and gave them workshops and then used some in the show) http://new-adventures.net/lord-of-the-f ... let-school
He could go and he could shine, not just stay here counting time,
Son, we've got the chance to let him live
