Happy New Year to everyone. Wishing your DCs every success if they have a place somewhere already but even more so if they are still trying despite early disappointment. Keep believing and keep going and just remember that many don't get in at the first time of trying. I recall being at auditions last year for Sep-16 entry with DD and met many parents who were on their second and even third year of auditions. Sometimes because their DC was just not ready and sometimes because they'd had an offer which just didn't work financially so they were trying again. I hope you won't mind me saying one last time - promise - that this time last year DD had had 4 big no's and hadn't even made a cut so it was a tough Christmas. But then DD got an offer and a reserve list from her first two auditions in January. Help them to keep believing.
