Dee boss

Hi! Does anyone have an experience with Dee Boss- are they any good? My daughters been invited to audition, but they don’t seem to have as many castings as other agencies? She’s also been invited to audition for three other agencies, but they’re not until may and June. Any advice/ information would be greatly appreciated as this is all so new to us! Thanks!
