Thanks. It's not really a big issue as I am sure there may be occasions where DS may be the back up and get the job. Getting to the last few is always a bonus. Just wish all licences were the same...Borojo wrote:Well done for getting a pencil. What was the Tvc for?

my dd once got down to the final 3 for an advert where they made up families, one blonde haired, one brown haired and one mixed, blonde dad, mousey mum, ginger boy and mousey girl. The next day the cd telephoned dds agent to say they preferred dd for both the blonde or mixed family, so we thought there was a good chance of her getting it. We heard nothing. When the advert came on the TV it was the dark haired family! So even with the odds at 2/3 she still didn't meet the companies choice.
Another time dd got to the final 8 for the lead in a West End show, whilst we awaited the decision dd auditioned for a local production of Annie, didn't even get a recall for one of the orphans!
You can never second guess in this game.
