Hello,
DD got given an audition on Sunday morn, but we gave it a miss :(
So upsetting to let an opportunity like this go, but Sundays are the only day Milly gets to chill with filming, even then she travels to Manchester on a Sunday! So we both agreed to let this one go, as the odds are so low anyway.
Sounds like a great project though...
good luck all x

I guess it was the right decision!
I hope your DD is having fun filming, she'll forget about it when she's having loads of fun on set!

DS enjoyed the audition. He was asked to do his shakespeare monologue a 2nd time in a slightly different way. I have told him not to worry as "what will be will be"! However, is it really September before we will hear or is that just a rumour?
Again chances are slim but still it seems ages away....

Thanks :D

On the FAQs it said that you would hear in September however I heard one of the staff saying that if you hadn't heard anything by around the 10th of September you should get in contact with them.
So I'm not sure whether you will hear in September or by September.

Sorry it wasn't the clearest answer but I think that it's probably that we will get answers late August/ early September

Twototango, My dd was also asked to do her Shakespeare monologue differently, but she was told that they had asked everyone to do this??? We wondered if it was to see if they could take direction...but could be wrong. However as you say 'what will be will be' and that is sooo true, there is no point trying to analise these things, and every audition is an experience in its self. Good luck to everyone waiting to hear. Lets hope that some NAPM's dc's get this! xxx

my thoughts exactly

Thanks. That's what I thought too (the direction bit).
Off on holiday soon, so will wait and see. It was good experience though and we had a sunny day out.

They asked me to do it slower and talk to one of the auditioners.
I guess that when they said that they asked everyone to do it twice, they meant it.
