Help With iPhone

My iPhone feel down the loo just got the replacement today can not use it untill I restore it can not do that been told that I need a usb that is 2.0 ds lap top not that so have to find some one who has a pc or lap top with usb that is 2.0 get the restor files of ds pc put on other lap top or pc so I can use my eye phone some one please HELP talked to the geek squat at car phone warehouse and this is what they told me any one on here can tell me another way to sort this out thanks
