I also thought the BBC's version was excellent but I believe the stage production is quite different. I think the three children running around in the street in view of the Birling's house symbolise the difference in the classes.

Serenwen, can I ask how far in advance they are casting the kids? And did you get the impression a lot of drama groups had been contacted?
