If you could get away with Lancashire rather than Yorkshire, check out Whistle Down the Wind (Russell Labey and Richard Taylor version, not Lloyd Webber). It's not easy to find recordings online though. http://www.fabermusicstore.com/Whistle- ... 55784.aspx

Something from "The Hired Man' I think it's based a little further North but every production I"ve seen/heard uses Yorkshire accents and there are lots of parts for men.

Probably a bit late and aimed at older performers, but Andrew Lloyd Webber's Woman in White is an underrated show set in Yorkshire. 'You See I am No Ghost' is in a Yorkshire accent
