Modelling while at university?

Post by Hecouldshine »

Ds has never tried to join an agency as we live too far from anywhere to be able to get him to castings. However he is a gorgeous looking young man now and I wondered if anyone has any experience of their dcs getting modelling work in university holidays? Is it feasible? Would any agents agree to take someone on for holiday time (or the odd weekend) work only?

Thanks if you have any thoughts :D

When ds was small he did loads of modelling and a number of jobs were with uni students as his "parents" they seemed to do it all the time and fit castings and jobs around their study commitments. They were all London based though if I remember correctly. They said it meant they didnt have to work behind a bar!

That's exactly the sort of thing I was wondering about flipside. Thanks for that. I'll pass it on to ds :D
