Accommodation Needed

Post by lyndahill »

Hello all. My DD is doing a weeks workshop/rehearsals for a show in London the week beginning February 13th and I need to find her Host Family accommodation for 13th to the 17th February. I had secured her a place at Donna Calvert's house but my DD at the moment is the only one booked in and it therefore wouldn't be financially viable for her to open just for one child. I have also emailed and messaged the 2 host families that posted on this site last year but they haven't replied. So does anybody have any contacts for me (preferably phone numbers) or is anybody that is currently staying with a host family but has that week off as it's half term for London, able to pass on a telephone number to me so that I can contact the land lady. The workshops/rehearsals are in central London so a house that isn't too far out would be best - maybe some Urdang students will be going home for the week?? Unfortunately where we live has a different half term week and as I work in a school I can't ask for the week off. Thank you.

I have seen parents write about Guy Chester House. I contacted them recently and they were very helpful.
No idea if it is what you are looking for but might be of use?
