Hello
Does anyone have any suggestions of the best photo retouching software / downloads? I dont want to pay a lot. Its just to improve some of my photos?

Hi my dad is a photograper and he got me onto "Picassa" It is a free down load and is excellent, I use it all the time and have never had any problems.
