Junior Model Management

Decided to look for for an agant (again) so wondered if anyone has any experience of Junior Model Management ?

Hi! My son was signed by them last year and after about 3 castings (which he didn't get!) he was offered an audition for "The Special Relationship", a major film. He got the part ( hoorah!) and filmed 2 days last summer. However, since then I have had virtually no contact from Donia at JMM. I had to chase her until FEBRUARY (!) for payment of fees from the film and everytime I phoned the office she was never in. The final straw that broke the camel's back was when she booked me adate at a photographer's studio for new head shots and when I phoned the studio to check the timings, they said they had no contact with her and no bookings! I got fed up of chasing and have now signed with Chilli Kids, which although its Midlands based, seems to be much more organised and Viv is a lovely lady to speak to. Frankly, Donia was a bit scary and abrupt at times. I think she has her finger in alot of pies and although she has managed to secure some good parts for her clients, her method of working is a bit haphazard to my way of thinking. I tried googling her and came up with a magazine article she had written about her trip to Turkey to get a boob job!! It sort of put me off! Hope this helps!

Thanks for the update. Well done for the 2 days filming.

I didn't get round to contacting them, pehaps just as well, but have just been offered rep with another agent, so hopefully the search is now over!
