I have submitted my sons details to be considered for a part in this part through the casting website and was wondering if anyone elses sons were going for this part, it is for a boy of around 7 years old, and was also if anyone knew anything about the part

Friend's son did a 9 month stint in this. Can't remember the name of the character but it is the son of the lead role - originally played by Jason Donovan (the father that is - not the son!). It is quite a large part - duet with the lead and some dancing I think.

Its a really cute role. The boy we saw was obviously haveing a ball!!!!! He has to dance in an kangaroo outfit.

Be awqare the first half of the show is full of the F word though I think it is toned down when the child is on stage.
