DIY Showreel

Post by missmoneypenny »

I want to do a showreel for each of my dc's, but have no idea how to do it :) I have the material but would like a nice easy piece of software that requires very little input (interference!) from me! Someone did post on here when they made one but I can't seem to find the thread now - any help much appreciated x

I use windows movie maker - it allows you to clip and cut flims, join them together, add titles and effects like fades etc and add a soundtrack. However, it depends what it's for, as Spotight are very fussy about the format and quality of any films they upload, which in my opinion is a real pain!

Think it was me - I used windows movie maker live - you can download it from the windows website (i'll add the link) and it's better than the standard movie maker that comes with my version of windows.

There are also tutorials on there on how to do stuff, but if you need any help, I'm not an expert but I might be able to point you in the right direction (or if I'm stumped, ask Tashy Bear, as she's my unofficial helpline on the matter!!)
