can anyone tell me about mark jermin as an agency and what their auditions are like, my 11 yo ds is currently interested in joining with an agency and i was hopeing someone could tell me more about them

Hello there, my dd has been with Mark Jermin four the last four years, we are based in South Wales. Dd has achieved a very good c.v since being with MJ, including musicals, tv commercials, tv drama, etc., Although once you are with the agency you are expected to attend auditions at the drop of a hat so be prepared. Thank you I have sent in his cv so fingers crossed he and his siblings have been acting fir a few years and his brother and sister have agents so the drop of the hat thing is something I know well....!! Could you tell me what the audition for them is like?
