Need place to stay in Stockport

Dd is performing in a show in Stockport and I want to stop over one night when she has an evening show followed by a matinee & evening the next day.

Premier Inn is about £70. Can anyone reccomend anywhere - must be clean within easy distance of the Plaza. I will have a car.

Yes it's too far. It's right I Manchester city centre. We could probably get home almost as fast

I don't know anything about these - but they seem a bit cheaper than you were looking at

DD, DH & I take pots of porridge you just add boiling water to so we can have a cheap breakfast

Henry's looks great but they told me they don't take anyone for single night stays in the week. She is performing all week but has to be in school Monday Tuesday Thursday & Friday in the day

To be honest, I don't think you will have much choice in Stockport! A Premier Inn is probably your best bet or you could try one of the airport hotels? It's just a couple of junctions round the M60. Or perhaps you might find something in Marple, Cheadle or Hazel Grove which are neighbouring areas of South Manchester?
