There's one in the current Lamda syllabus.

Is that "Spoonface Steinberg"?

I remember when that was first broadcast on the radio - with Becky Simpson (I think she was 10 when she recorded it). One of the most moving pieces of radio drama I have ever heard.

I'm wondering whether the LAMDA one is actually from this play?

Might there be anything suitable in "A Curious Incident..." ? I know the character is male, but perhaps there might still be something there?
I will have a think today - when is your audition?

I'm afraid I'm at work and the book is at home. It's an autistic girl who loves swimming. I remember thinking it was too mature for my then 9 year old dd doing Grade 1 but it was done very well by a 14 year old.

Ah. Probably not the Spoonface one then. Sounds very promising!
