Help: Mark Jermin workshop audition

Hello everyone, as you could probably tell from my post about our recent agency problem, DD is looking for a new agent. She has been invited for an audition workshop this Thursday with Mark Jermin We are not quite sure what to expect as she has never been to a workshop audition like this before, just wondered if any of you have had experience with them or any other workshop audition, any tips or stories you could share?
Also the have asked for her to bring along a CV and headshot, not too sure if they want the typical 10x8 stabled to the back of CV? Any help on how to set this out would also be very much appreciated.
