All signed and deposit paid! Apparently no cooling off period for tenancy agreements
In that case you need to see if you can find someone to take over the tenancy. Has the college got social media pages for freshers, if they have then try and advertise it on there.

Just a quicky, do we know what schools have allowed students to defer entry to next year?

Which college do you have accommodation for? I know some Performers students are really struggling so don’t think you’d have any problems finding a replacement there, not sure about other colleges but would’ve thought you could get out the contract if you can find a new tenant to replace your child. Congrats by the way xx

Hopefully if Bodyworks offers your place to someone else then that person may need accommodation? I suppose you can see the landlord’s side but that doesn’t help you and I agree taking Bird over Bodyworks is a no brainer, not good for your stress levels though! That’s the problem with these auditions, you just spend/lose money left, right and centre, and not all of us have it to spend/lose in the first place!

Our GP has just completed one for my DD for Laine & we had one for my older DD for Bird a few years back from a different surgery. There was a charge for both. I would question why your GP is unable to complete the form for you as it’s standard information that is required.
