Hang in there Katy - don't think there's any disadvantage in auditioning later dd had friends who did so last year and all ended up with places ;) I understand it must feel like you are a bit out of control and out of the loop but really best to make the most of as much of foundation as possible before auditions. How is dd feeling about it all - hopefully this year will have made all the difference, she had offers last year so will hopefully get Dada this year :) xxx

All the dates are in now:
Urdang, Millennium, Bird, Performers & Masters between mid Feb & the end of April!!

Still worried about funding at Masters but her teacher insisted :?

She has one song sorted and is "going to think" about her second; none of them have a solo (apparently) and her monologue from last year is 'perfect' according to her drama teacher

She 'might' buy a new leotard but the one I bought last Christmas might be fine - she has to check with her teacher...

She has a plan B (or is it plan C now) but doesn't need to apply for that until after Easter we think.

She's calm & I'm gibbering

Nothing new there then

Good luck to you DD katymac, fingers crossed for her her she seems very organised if she has plan b/c sorted just in case but Iets hope she doesn't. We have to go through the whole audition process next year again and it's not something I am looking forward to :(

Good luck Katymac. I was a complete gibbering wreck checking emails every 5 minutes! It's the most stressful thing waiting for results. I agree that leaving it late is not such a bad thing and lots seem to get late offers. :)

Oh Gosh Katy, hope DD ok?.

Congrulations and well done to your DD Pearl.

My DD got offered one year at Bird, she was upset as wanted BA, she is waiting to hear from Chichester Uni, she is going to LIPA on Friday then she still has London Studio Centre recall in April, Laines funding Audition in April and Stella Mann and Performers in March.

It's the waiting that's getting to me to be honest

Hi Lorry, my dd found out today she had an offer following audition on 5 Jan, but think the offer had been there for a few days as she didn't get the notification which was odd. It wasn't after we chased it up that they told her to look on UCAS! Good luck to ur dd.
