Hi, I just got a call yesterday from KM to say I have an audition at the beginning of August and I am also quite underexpereienced only doing local am-drams and school plays. So I just wondered if any of you have any advice as to what to expect? and what kind of questions did they ask your son? thankyou

Hi Jessica!
If you haven't read one of the past posts by ditzymum it said:
ditzymum wrote:My daughter had interview with Kelly last month & she was also told she had insufficient experience. However I believe it had more to do with her answers to their questions. They asked what she likes to watch on TV and she mentioned lots of American programmes, this did not go down well! My advice, use brit dramas & programmes. They also asked who she most admired on TV or film. Their office is very small & we were practically sitting on top of each other, so ensure that your child is comfortable performing in front of you.
Hope this helps
Plus- if you haven't got the experience they're looking for, perhaps try to make up for that with the piece you perform and your attitude. It'll probably help if you act very confidently and professionally but friendly at the same time- even if you're really nervous...don't overdo it though!

Good luck to everyone auditioning!!!!!!!!

Hi!!
I've just recieved an email asking if I could come to an audition a week today only an hour after my school ends, I wouldn't get thier in time if I left at my school time so I could convince my mum to let me leave 30 mins early as its a rubbish lesson where I learn nothing? Anyway I was wondering most importantly where is there location, because i cant say yes for sure until i know how far away it is? also what other questions where there apart from dramas? I'm 14 so will i audition alone or with a group or in front of my mum as someone else said (i thought they might of only preformed in front of their parents as they were young? I dont know :S) and before i reply to the agency will they email me something to preform it in front of them or do I pick?
Thanks for reading, I'd love to go so any information would be helpful, thanks again!!

My dd has an audition with Kelly Management...any tips? Am a bit concerned as it's her first one and from this board they seem very picky! I think she's good but her mum would say that! xx
