She would not want to do these scenes (even if I was thinking of putting her forward, which I'm not). She is a pretty well-adjusted and broad-minded 10 year old, but at that age I guess she still thinks boys are quite yukky. For which I am very grateful
Of course, your DD may have different opinions about what they will and won't do, although there is always space for parental guidance. But I thought it might be interesting for you to know what this particular 10 year old thinks about it. And sometimes it's useful to have a reason to have a conversation about boundaries - they grow up so fast!
Whatever our views, I'm sure they'll find someone willing to put their DD forward, especially if it is being promoted through agents.
