As a step-mum to 3 DS at Uni, I understand the internship route pretty well and I would say you must be a pretty special person to get this one - it is hard to see that when you would love to act, but this is no A list director with a lead role on a3 Film deal - and over a lifetime, thats what your internship could be worth...SO, pat yourself on the back for the Commercial and get whatever you can fro Freshfields - even in acting it will stand you in brilliant stead (the character watching for one), my just graduated DS is has a job with 1 of his internship companies, and had a brilliant offer from another....Good Luck

Just to add I work for Freshfields and to get an internship there is a big deal. I would also say that Freshfields are very supportive of people's outside of work talents so if something else comes up in the future all is not lost. Enjoy!
