Short film

Hi I'm new to the forum. My son has had a few auditions and keeps getting called back for a relative small role in a film. It's only 20 mins but he has been to 4 call backs and had a meeting last week with the director.
They sent a watermarked script. Can anyone tell me what this means please as I am relatively new to all this.
We have just been told they will be in touch.

Great news that she enjoyed it neeky78. It's an experience most adults could not cope with so she's done very well indeed.

It sounds as though they are very interested in your DS. But don't count any chickens...they may be going through this process with several children.

That's helpful to know.
Is it normal to give out watermarked scripts before seeing the director?
I know it's only a 20 min film but we always were given
Scenes before.
