I think you've got a brilliant business idea going here. I think there's a CD in LA who currently does something similar via Skype, so it would definitely be interesting to have a UK version! I would pay around £20-40 for some constructive criticism on performance, but also on the quality of the actual video itself and intro.
Keep us updated! And if you need any more guinea pigs, I'd be more than willing to help out.
