They sent us an email - last year London Recalls were October Half Term? Emails for the no's went out quite quickly from end of September - we were one of the last to get one so every day that went by, where we didn't get the no, we were quite hopeful - but we did get the no email eventually. Thanks esmum - the recalls are from 12th Nov to 26th Nov so all a bit later this year - I think this was one of the first regional auditions today as closing date is not til 15th Oct so a bit of a wait for us then unless an immediate no. Fingers crossed and thank you.x

Hi there we applied for the next series online back in June and haven't heard anything. Closing date is mid October. Does the silence mean that they won't be calling my Dc- we live near Sheffield. Have they done northern live prelims yet or doesn't it work like that? Many thanks

Hi thenorth2017 - did you do an online application with a video of your DC singing? We heard back the next day but then we only applied this Wednesday and the audition was yesterday. Worth dropping them an email to ask? Not sure of the dates for the other regional auditions. My DS went Cardiff yesterday. I think there were auditions the week before I think but not sure where and whether that was the first lot sorry.

Dd also got through stage 2 last year, had a call from a researcher and didn't get a no email until 2 days before the stage 3s at half term. So they do cut it fine. Think they've had auditions in Glasgow, London and Cardiff so far and schools in the North. Dd applied again this year but not heard anything for Manchester auditions.

Manchester auditions are out and are in half term. Arghhh. We are on holiday. Does anyone know if there are other dates in other cities and whether we are able to change dates. Or is the audition invitation set in stone ?

That’s strange as the closing date isn’t until the 15th October?!?

What date is the Manchester audition please?

25th. They've also offered Birmingham on 27th or Dublin on 30 th

Just heard my DD has got an audition for this. The email was in my spam folder!?! It’s next Weds but just wondered if anyone had any suggestions for the acapella song please? Thanks.
