Yes, that's what happened on Tuesday. DD had a great day. Back down to London today at RCM and another same day recallCaroline A-C wrote:When DS auditioned for Arts Ed the recalls were in the afternoon of that day. Offer came through exactly one week later so nice and quick. Good luck.
Thank you! I have everything crossed, she loved Arts and seems to have had another great day today (I haven't seen her yet!)Caroline A-C wrote:Fingers crossed for good news.
Brilliant news! Congratulations to your DD, very well done. Best of luck with the auditions still to come toojennifer1972 wrote:Oh my goodness, DD has been offered the degree at Millenium!!!![]()
. I am so pleased for her, but slightly confused as she applied for the diploma!! I hadn't even looked at the degree as she won't have turned 18 by September, so am trying to get my head around it.

The letter says we have to accept by 19th Dec with £75 admission fee, which is non-refundable. Those of you who have been there and done this, do you have to pay this every time to secure a place? This is going to give her so much confidence for the remaining auditions, I can't quite believe it. Hooray!!!

To answer your question, I think most schools ask you to pay a deposit to secure a place. LSC doesn't though and they consider it bad that other schools do. They said to me that we should be able to wait until all the offers are in to commit so they keep your place until May or June if I remember well.jennifer1972 wrote:The letter says we have to accept by 19th Dec with £75 admission fee, which is non-refundable. And yes I think all the colleges ask for a non returnable deposit to hold a place. Good luck for the rest of your DD's auditions. xxx
