Finally heard from Laine today. DD number 7 on girl reserve list for a DADA, may get funding yet. Says they will keep in touch! More waiting then from both Laine & Bird!!

That's such good news Angelam, well done to your DD!! It means so much especially after- if anything like my DS- two years of hope and then rejection, to get that email is such a good feeling

well done to all those offered places/funding
We are still waiting on dada reserve list for Bodyworks...don't know how many are on the list, but dd knows she is so lucky to still be in with a chance of funding..we did this process last year too and know how stressful it is....xxxx

No allwood020 still nothing - although no idea if we will hear at same time as DADAs! Booked tickets for Laine graduate show yesterday which will be exciting will keep you posted! X

Congratulations Angelam and alwood020,
DD got a 'no DaDA' from Laine yesterday - not that it would've changed anything as she has accepted the Urdang degree. Her friend (boy) is number 4 on the DaDA reserve list.

Post has just arrived - dd has not been awarded a scholarship for Laine so will now have to work out how we fund the next 3 years

Sorry to hear that suesmith.
DD on the waiting list for funding at Laine, still waiting to hear from Bird but has accepted dada at Performers and turned down the funding at Urdang so hopefully that will go to the next person on their list.
Hopefully Bird will start letting people know shortly as all the other colleges seem to have nearly all done theirs.

Oh thats a shame we're going 14th evening!! Dd dances until 6pm on a Saturday although may try and get away a bit early so not quite such a rush! Will pm you nearer the time maybe we could meet briefly!! ? x

We are going on 7th and 8th June as cannot make weekend after.
Really looking forward to seeing dd perform so doing two shows and making a weekend of it, although we couldn't find anywhere to stay and found out its the Epsom Derby weekend so dd is going to have to put us up lol!
