I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about this. My children have starnow accounts and up until now every time we have applied for a casting on their behalf we have received an automated response saying your details have been forwarded to the owner of this casting advert. However today I applied for something for my daughter and did not receive this message. As far as I can remember thus is the first time this has happened. U der the list of things she has applied for it says she has applied for thus casting, but I am just concerned that something went awry and her details may nit have been passed on. I have contacted starnow to ask if there is a problem but havnt heard back yet. I also applied for something for my son about 10 minutes after and heard back with a confirmation email almost instantly. Dies anyone have any idea why this might be or if it might mean her application has not been passed on.

It sounds as if it may be a simple glitch to me. At the moment they seem to have some issue in this regard. For example, it tells me I have no messages, when in fact I do. This is a recent development, so I'm sure they'll get everything put right in time. If it lists it as being applied for on the jobs applied for section, then I think it has been, it simply didn't send out the confirmation. The star now staff are usually very prompt, helpful and friendly and I'm sure they'll confirm that with you soon and with the new info, it will help them sort out the glitches much quicker.

i received a response from starnow, the application did go through. so now we keep our fingers crossed that she gets a casting, i think she would really enjoy this, heres hoping!
