a series of workshops from 1 June to 5 June in conjunction with Penguin, The Script Factory and CCBC.
Workshops over the week look at:
Turning a great book into a film classic? Making the written word come to life. Script factory run a workshop, offering a practical guide to adapting a story for screen.
Give participants the Opportunity to meet writers from Tracy Beaker – CBBC’s popular tv series.
Penguin’s Spinebreakers crew offer a day of creativity around book to screen adaptations.
Visualise – final workshop offers a day of networking, allowing participants to meet writers and experts from the worlds of publishing, tv and film.
Aimed at 13 – 25yr olds.
