The 1st one is for pref, but not essential Salsa dancers aged 18 -25 for an asian comedy film. The 2nd seems to be a general call for all dancers pref raw talent - recent dance graduates, etc London based aged between 18-34 wanted for music videos, etc Could be an agency although no site or company ref was visible on either casting call so difficult to tell who is posting these.
