DH and myself are going to an 'M' themed fancy dress party for New Year. I think Marilyn and Madonna will probably be done to death...Anyone of you creative NAPMers have any fab ideas?

You could always go as a pair of M and M's!!

You could turn the tables and go as each other, you as you husband and him as you, them when people ask YOU who you have come as your musband can say ME and when they ask you husband then You can say ME.

Your dh could go as John McEnroe may be a bit chilly for shorts tho'

How about Munchkins, Mummies or dress like a tart and go as a mid life crisis lol

Muskateers - (no carrying of swords if you're likely to consume alcoholic beverages though )

Medieval look - You could go as a wench.... and your dh could wear a sack with a rope / Friar Tuck look if he's up for it hair/no hair

Meat Loaf - Not the food...the Rock Star - he has a distinctive look ; white shirt, baggy long sleeves, black waistcoat, long hair, biker boots !

Monkeys - Planet of the Apes !

Or wear all brown and go as two maltesers

M is a hard letter ! Let us know what you decide !

Wow...thanks for all the fantastic ideas! Am v tempted by the m and m idea as it is probably the only costume I could fit into after a Christams of eating and drinking
However have decided on the Mad Hatter ( thanks Orange Squash) as have fab hat left over from dd's last dance show and dh ( who is VERY unwlling to dress up and refused to go as McEnroe, which I though was a genius idea ) is going as Miami Vice... white suit, pink t-shirt, sleeves pushed up etc.
