Sign up now for the all new Theatre Royal Performance Academy, led by Principal Louise Denison.

Beyond that sessions will take place weekly from Saturday 12 March for 5 weeks 2.30-5.30pm for only £20 per week (£100 for initial 5 weeks).
Each session will involve professional tutors leading classes in acting, singing and dance with opportunities for performance.

If you love Glee, wish you could dance like Diversity and want to be in Wicked than this is the course for you!

The cost for the initial half term will be £100
A full term of 12 weeks will cost £240

What a fab academy this is going to be some top professionals with quality methods and watching the workshops showed some fantastic returns in a short time

2 of the staffers

Louise Denison – Principal and Director
Louise trained in Leeds with Jean Pearce and John Auty, and at the Laban Centre, London. Her performing career was cut short by injury, around the same time she was asked to choreograph for the first time at York Theatre Royal. Throughout her career, she has directed and/or choreographed hundreds of shows of all types, and has recently won awards for best direction, choreography and overall production.

Jim Lunt – Musical Director
Jim works as a freelance musician both performing and composing music. As a pianist and musical director, Jim has been involved in over 35 musicals including Billy, West Side Story, Jesus Christ Superstar, Oliver!, Godspell, Joseph, Anything Goes, Blitz!, Bugsy Malone and Guys and Dolls. Recent projects have ranged from a stunning production of Fiddler on the Roof with a cast of 250, to Hair (the American rock tribal love musical).
