My audition yesteday :)

Just thought I'd come and tell you all about an audition I had yesterday
It was for a new performing arts school (like a 6th form) that's opening in September and they've been holding auditions over the last couple of weeks.
They're accepting 325 people.. (I think) and thats across performing arts, digital arts and creative arts
ANYWAY, so the audition was held by two teachers from the Brit School because the Brit School sponsors them and too have them as teachers for the day was an amazing experience, I really enjoyed it!
It was from 9:30 till 5 so it was a long day but everyone there was really nice, everyone was friends with everyone
In the morning we played some games, did a bit of improv and hot seating and then we had to talk for 30 seconds about something we're passionate about (not to do with performing arts)
Then in the afternoon we had our interviews and came up with a presentation for a theatre company we'd made up in small groups... the only thing was they left us to do that for about 3 hours while they were interviewing but everyone had finished way before that :/
AND they interviewed two people at a time!!
Is it me or is that... weird?
Didn't really like it, felt like I was being compared to the person next too me and the woman seemed to be smiling to the girl next to me but not me but that's probably just me being paranoid! Some people said that they got asked one question and the person next to them got asked about 6 so they pretty much got ignored. I don't think that was a great way of doing things but all in all a good day!
I don't expect to get in because they made it quite obvious who they wanted in from the very start and seemed to focus mainly on those people all day but it would be a nice surprise if I did and it was a great experience, a day I'll remember for a long time!
OK, waffle over
