The Rhyme sisters - London

Can anyone tell me please if they have any experience at all, or any contact with the Rhyme sisters, Cindy and Sheila, who are Italian and based in London? I'm not really sure if they are supposed to be casting directors, actors or singers, or if they do indeed have any influence at all in the performing industry.
