Hi my DS auditioned it was a very similar process to the ensemble girls they did their song, poem/monologue and then learnt a dance after they had done this some boys were kept back, only 6 out of the 20 in my DS group, the ones kept learnt another dance I'm not sure what happened next as my son was not one of the lucky ones to be kept back. He is only 9 and he did say the boys kept back in his group were the 11-13 year olds, very strong all rounders. He had a great time though. Good luck to your DS.

Hi Sophiesocks
We are going tomorrow...are you? Agent called over weekend and said they'd managed to slot into tomorrows audition.

i received an email late this afternoon and responded this evening but haven't heard back, i hope its not tomorrow i still have to organise my decorations and food for the royal wedding street party and my oldest ds is filming all day thursday!
i am not holding my breath for my ds but i have explained that i am not 100% sure about his dancing but felt bad withdrawing him as he had been really disappointed and then received an email saying that while the dance is tricky he was welcome to come along, which i thought was nice so i have told ds and he is very excited, so hopefully we will get an audition slot soon.
good luck for tomorrow lilacspanishsun
