Waring and Mckenna Agency

Does anyone have any info or personal experience about this agency? They seem very go getting anyway??
Anything you have heard would be very helpful.

They are one of the top London agencies but will ask for a huge amount of footage before they will even consider you. Student films & commercials won't cut it but if you have a few good credits under your belt then it's worth sending in a showreel

I do know of a casting director who recommends them as a good agency for teenagers
