Hi Everyone,
It's that time of year again when ACT 2 CAM is offering free workshops in screen acting
We have 500 places to give away on free screen acting workshops in Morpeth, Middlesbrough, Hexam, Harrogate, York, Tynemouth, Newcastle, Sunderland, Darlington, Richmond, Peterlee and Hartlepool.

I filled in the form for the York workshop and haven't heard anything back, how long do you think I should wait before I know my dd was not successful?

I've just had a telephone call offering my daughter a place on the Leeds workshop on the 12th September

My dd really enjoyed herself too, thanks for explaining the 180 degree rule in layman's terms. We will have to look at our week to see if we can make the 10 week course, she is very keen to take part.

Your DDs were very hardworking, especially considering their busy days!
Thank you too for the heads up on the York Press. I have sent an editorial to them, and if we get 10 people interested then we will begin the course in York. I would be very grateful if you could spread the word. I would very much like to run a York ACT 2 CAM

York Press finally ran the editorial, and we are going to run another taster session
ACT 2 CAM York will commence on Wednesday 5th October, 6-7pm, at The Joseph Rowntree School in York
