new agent now 16?

Hi everyone 
my dd is turning 16 in november and is badgering me about getting her first agent with a more adult agency once she turns 16. However I have absolutely no knowledge of what are the best agents for this age range? She is interested in theatre, TV and film and we live in the north but would be willing to travel.
