RCM Sparks Half Term Orchestra-in-a-Day!11:30am | 27 October 2011 | Recital Hall
Ages 7 to 11
If you’re an instrumentalist from beginner up to Grade 5 equivalent, come and join inspirational RCM musicians and play as part of a mini-orchestra for a day. You’ll create your own new piece and together you’ll then per form your music in an informal concert for parents and friends at 4.00pm. After a break for dinner you will also have the opportunity to watch the RCM Symphony Orchestra in an evening concert in the RCM Concert Hall.
Tickets: £12 (+ special £5 ticket offer for the RCM evening concert)

Ages 15 to 18
Join us for a Matrix marathon! Participants embark on an exciting creative journey, learning how to write an effective piece of film music for a specially edited clip from the film The Matrix. Tickets also include entry to the Royal Albert Hall on Sunday 23 October to hear a live orchestra accompany a screening of The Matrix.
Tickets: £25
As probably lots of you already know, they also do masterclass for differnet instruments in October (trumpet, trombone, cello, guitar... from £5 to £25 with renowned performers. Sometime it is even free like this one:

I didn't go down the route of actually book the free tickets, hope they are still available
